Bürogebäude Parkstadt Schwabing MK3

A new and unique office building with a restaurant and retail area is currently being
built in the heart of Parkstadt Schwabing (Munich). Thanks to a modern architecture,
the building impresses with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. The most sustainable building technologies are evaluated
on the basis of a LEED Platin Core & Shell certification.
The building’s long-span concrete slabs are manufactured
using the material-efficient and sustainable Unidome technology. April 2022
